Our meals are portion and calorie controlled and prepared in accordance with "Dr. Sears' Zone Diet" which consists of the balanced nutritional approach of 40% carbohydrates, 30% lean proteins, and 30% heart healthy fats. Meals are diabetic friendly/ heart-healthy and designed to stabilize blood sugar balance. Every weekly meal plan meets the recommended daily allowance for sodium and fiber. Pick Up & Delivery Information
Orders must be placed by noon on Saturday for pick-up/delivery the following Sunday and Wednesday.
Note: On Sunday, you receive Monday-Wednesday meals. On Wednesday, you receive Thursday-Friday meals and weekend meals if requested.
Pick up: All pre-orders are ready for pick up each Sunday and Wednesday by 2 PM.
