Meal Plans:
We offer 1200 calorie, 1500 calorie, and 1800 calorie meals plans. Choose 3 or 5 days. We offer special discount for monthly plans. Call 713.668. REAL (7325) to inquire.

2. Select meal plan below or call us at 713.668.REAL (7325) and one of our team members will take your orders, handle payment and delivery/pick-up arrangements. A credit card is required for telephone and on-line orders.

Pick up and Delivery information
Orders must be placed by noon on Saturday for pick-up/delivery the following Sunday and Wednesday.
Note: On Sunday, you receive Monday-Wednesday meals.
On Wednesday, you receive Thursday-Friday meals (and weekend meals if requested).
Pick up: All pre-orders are ready for pick up each Sunday and Wednesday by 2 PM at 300 Shepherd.
Delivery: Each Wednesday and Sunday night between 6-9PM we deliver straight to your door in our insulated cooler bags for a nominal charge. (Select Houston areas only)
Delivery fees: $5-$7 per delivery-depending on zip code.
One time insulated Bag Deposit: $25
