Each week, we present a new menu of tempting meals for you to savor. Whether you're a foodie or love comforting classics, Real Meals 365 has options that will make eating healthy easy. Choose your own meals or set your own eating preferences and we'll make automatic menu selections for you.
Choose from one of our popular meal plans or order individual meals from our “a la carte” section. Order online or call us at 713.668.REAL (7325) and one of our team members will assist you. If you are in a rush, visit us at 300 Shepherd, where we always have gourmet meals ready-to-go!

3. Real Meals 365 starts cooking
|
Our team of chefs prepares all your meals and snacks in accordance with "Dr Sears' Zone Diet Program" which consists of the balanced nutrition approach of approximately 40% carbohydrates, 30% lean proteins, and 30% heart healthy good fats. Always fresh, never frozen means all meals are handcrafted with 100% natural premium ingredients.
- Pick up: All pre-orders are ready for pick up each Sunday and Wednesday by 2 PM at 300 Shepherd.
- Delivery: Each Wednesday and Sunday night between 6-9PM we deliver straight to your door in our insulated cooler bags for a nominal charge. (Select Houston areas only)
Delivery fees: $5-$7 per delivery-depending on zip code.
One time insulated Bag Deposit: $25
