Meet the Founders:
Ivonne Hallard
As an overweight child, teenager and young adult, Ivonne put herself on countless diets before finally realizing that each imposed impossible restriction, brought more often than not, more weight gain, more frustration and lower self esteem. But her perseverance eventually led her on a real journey to health, and ultimately losing over 40 pounds along the way. Since 1993, Ivonne has maintained her ideal weight through a realistic approach to balanced nutrition and exercise. Still a true “foodie” aficionada at heart, Ivonne founded Real Meals 365 to help others - adults and children - understand and improve their eating habits without sacrificing taste and enjoyment in eating. For the Real Meals 365 program she has unleashed her culinary passion with mouth-watering meals packed with nutrition and flavor.
Ivonne has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas.
Ivonne is the proud mother of ten-year-old Jordan. Jordan is one of the official test tasters for our kid’s menu. His current favorite is the Just for Kids’ Spaghetti & Meatballs.
Patrick Schulte
Although he has been a competitive athlete since childhood and a seasoned marathon runner, it has only been in the last few years that Patrick began to understand the impact good nutrition has on performance and energy. Following the same nutritional guidelines of the Real Meals 365 plan, Patrick recently lost more than 15 pounds and is now back to his post college weight (and a 32 inch waistline!) at age 40. As a father of two young sons, he is committed to the nutritional health of his family and through Real Meals 365 hopes to encourage others to do the same.
Patrick has a Bachelors of Science and MBA from Texas A&M.
Patrick is the proud father of Parker and Paxton. Their favorite kids' breakfast is the 100% Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Shhhh…they have no idea it’s healthy!
